Pre-natal Yoga

This prenatal yoga workshop, “Mindful MOMents” will teach you how to safely guide pregnant students through a meditative and prenatal flow yoga class. This course is a fun, interactive class that will allow pregnant women to be in tune with their mind and bodies.Learn to empower expecting mothers while connecting them with their growing baby. You will learn the importance of the overall well-being of the pregnant woman, mentally and physically. You will learn how to create class using safe practice techniques, checking in with the pregnant woman, and partner poses, which will allow the mother an extra sense of support and connectivity.

The program includes yoga practice, lecture, practice teaching, class observations and independent study. 

This is also a training qualifies as continuing education if you are registered with Yoga Alliance and provides 18 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUs.  Participants will receive a training manual and certificate of completion.Participants will receive a training manual and certificate of completion.

Instructor Bio

Debbie Eisenberg has been practicing yoga since 2005. As a runner, she had multiple injuries, yoga
helped her recover and prevent future injury. Additionally she has been able to reduce anxiety by
practicing yoga. Debbie teaches various styles of yoga including beginners, hatha, vinyasa,
restorative, chair, prenatal and children’s yoga. She is E-RYT 200 YACEP Certified, and has
training in all of the following:
• Chair Yoga
• Prenatal Yoga
• Hatha Yoga
• Vinyasa Yoga
• Restorative Yoga
• Children’s Yoga

Debbie offers a wonderful variety of classes to support everyone in bringing the gift of yoga into
their lives:
“Mindful MOMents” – “Mindful MOMents” classes specialize in pregnant women connecting with
theirbodies and babies.
“Mindful Munchkins” – “Mindful Munchkins” classes are designed for young children. It enables
children to build self-confidence, body awareness and coordination, and mental focus and strength.
“Mindful Movements” – “Mindful Movements” classes are intended for women and men of all ages
to be in tune and move within their bodies.
