 This workshop is about learning a kriya practice through real techniques that work to give you a strong foundation that can further spiritual growth.


 Through the use of kriya and meditation we learn to quiet down the mind and focus on what is most important, the present moment. This workshop you will leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered and ready to live your life experiencing greater Ananda (bliss).
